I found the staff super nice. they were very helpful and understanding. They were always smiling and nice to us. the room was clean with a nice view.
the area did not feel safe, actually. the building maintenance WAS lacking. it is fine for a short stay, just to sleep over.

The front desk staff was helpful. They gave good directions to local attractions. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and tidy (i really appreciated that).
The building maintenance seemed lacking. The walls felt thin, so i could hear noises from neighboring rooms. It was noticeable.
