quick check-in secure parking pleasant balcony efficient blinds
I found the check-in process quick. The staff helped me with secure motorbike parking across the street. The room featured a pleasant balcony. Shutter blinds efficiently blocked the morning sunshine, nice.
The hotel is situated on a hill, requiring a climb to reach the river for tram access. It was slightly inconvenient.

nice view helpful staff unsafe area lacking maintenance
I found the staff super nice. they were very helpful and understanding. They were always smiling and nice to us. the room was clean with a nice view.
the area did not feel safe, actually. the building maintenance WAS lacking. it is fine for a short stay, just to sleep over.

the hotel rooms was very clean, i appreciate this. also, the staff was friendly, so i thank them for that.
the area didn't feel so safe. thin walls makes it a bit noisy too.

helpful staff tidy room thin walls building maintenance
The front desk staff was helpful. They gave good directions to local attractions. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and tidy (i really appreciated that).
The building maintenance seemed lacking. The walls felt thin, so i could hear noises from neighboring rooms. It was noticeable.
